How long does it take?
We do collect all stock items the same day you order them – usually in between one hour after your order is placed. You will immediately receive an email when your purchase is ready to be picked up. Are you in a hurry? Give us a quick call and we can see what we can do!

- During checkout, choose "Click & Collect – Pick up in Düsseldorf" on the page with the shipping options
- Complete the order and payment.
- Lean back, relax and wait for our email.
- Pick up your purchase in the shop in Düsseldorf-Flingern.
