AYNO silk Tischleuchte – S Fluo Orange 2700K
With AYNO - the first design of a new Midgard lamp since the 1950s - industrial designer Stefan Diez spans the arc between the origin and presence of adjustable lighting. The collaboration between Midgard Licht and Stefan Diez manifests Midgard's inventive spirit. AYNO, radically reduced to the essentials, meets all design, technology, and sustainability requirements.
The central feature of the AYNO family of lights is a fiberglass rod stretched to form a bow with the light cable. The internal tension of the rod ensures a lamp without any joints. By moving the two adjustment rings on the bracket and head of the lamp, the fiberglass rod is bent into the desired position and the light is thus directed in the desired direction. The radius of the arch can be changed as desired by moving the adjustment rings. In addition, you can fine-tune the light using the swiveling lampshade.
The minimalist construction enables a low consumption of resources: the primary materials steel, glass fiber, and ABS-PC are entirely recyclable - anyway, an AYNO is already made of mainly recycled materials (steel and plastic).
The AYNO is designed to last: the users can repair it themselves without tools. Plug-in connections allow the lamp head, the LED unit, or the transformer to be replaced by hand, which significantly extends the life of the lamp. Likewise, the user can replace the LED light source without Tools.
