rikiki is very happy to welcome the first magazine in the shop: WRAP!
Founded by designers Chris Harrison and Polly Glass in 2010 with the goal of showcasing the work of up-and-coming illustrators, Wrap is a publication that bridges the gap between being a magazine and a product – while each themed edition comes full of interviews and features on an eclectic range of creative endeavours, it also includes ten different kinds of illustrated wrapping papers made especially for that issue, printed on five double-sided pull-out sheets. So Wrap becomes a magazine you can use, as well as one to read and enjoy.
The new winter issue "Telling Tales" is full of inspiring articles and atmospheric images that explore the theme of folk, traditions and story telling and how these influence creative work today. Packed full of inspiring articles and beautiful images created by some of todays's most talented illustrators and artists, Wrap comes as always with 5 pull-out sheets of wrapping paper.
The issue features illustrations on the theme by 10 mightily talented creatives: Pieter Van Eenoge (cover artist), Marina Muun, Karol Banach, Sarah Mazzetti, Steffie Brocoli, Viacheslav Vystupov, Pawel Mildner, Leslie Wood, Eleanor Taylor and Assaf Benharroch as well as many other great features.
