Monday-Friday 10am–7pm, Saturday 10am–6pm
during lockdown:
Monday-Friday 11am-6pm
We are closed Dec 24 and Dec 31.
How long does it take?
Items in stock are usually packed on the same working day. You will immediately receive an email when your purchase is ready to be picked up.
Click & Collect: How it works
- Browse and add beautiful products to the shopping cart.
- During checkout, choose "Click & Collect – Pick up in Düsseldorf" on the page with the shipping options
- Complete the order and payment.
- Lean back, relax and wait for our email.
- Pick up your purchase in the shop in Düsseldorf-Flingern. On request, we can also bring your shopping outside the shop door.
